GOOGLE would not allow me to edit my original review, I've copied and pasted below this update review.I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ETR AFTER THE PREVIOUS REVIEW. THEY SENT OUT A TECHNICIAN TO RIG MY HEATER SO WE WOULD HAVE ELECTRIC HEAT WHILE WE WAIT FOR THE PARTS TO ARRIVE. WE DID RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM ETR ON TUESDAY THAT WENT TO THE JUNK FILE. THIS WAS AFTER I CALLED ON MONDAY FOR AN UPDATE ON THE PARTS. THAT CALL WAS MADE AT CLOSE TO THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY ON MONDAY. THERE'S MORE TO THIS STORY BUT I WILL NOT GO INTO DETAILS. I DO WANT TO SAY THAT MOST OF ETRs TECHNICIANS ARE WONDERFUL! I WOULD SAY 99% OF THE TECHs THAT HAVE COME TO FIX MY NEW TRANE HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND COURTIOUS, AND FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH THEIR PROMISES TO US.Going on 2WEEKS without heat!! It's has been in the 30s at night, this weekend it will be in the TEENS at night. I sit in my house with layers of clothes and electric blankets. ETR does not update me on the status of the PARTS they ordered, I must call every day to find out they have not received the parts!! These parts should have been EXPEDITED!! A company that has compassion and good Customer Service would have had the parts sent express shipping not ground!! These parts are to repair a TRANE HVAC that ETE installed NEW in 2020! This is the THIRD TIME we've had to have this NEW system REPAIRED!!! ETR has terrible Customer Service and NO COMPASSION for their Customers!!Response from the ownera day agoHello Terry, We are sorry you have had a poor experience with us. After getting sent to “overflow” answering service on a Friday at 2 pm. I did get a call within 30 minutes from technician with estimated arrival to perform diagnostics and repair of my non operational 2 year old high efficiency Daikin furnace. My furnace is not a typical garden variety of gas furnace and technician was able to diagnose and correct the condensation line issue causing the pressure sensor fault conditionGood work from a conscious and professional repairman. Glad I purchased my system from ETR!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE from technicians Caleb Kettula & Jack from ETR-Longview.Caleb & Jack were friendly, knowledgeable, customer-service oriented & very professional.They were efficient in providing the semi-annual maintenance, and replaced parts as required to keep the heating/air conditioning unit running smoothly. They did their jobin a timely manner.I would not hesitate to call ETR! I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them.In addition, Brittany Marsh, Longview ETR ESA Manager, is an excellent example of professionalism and has exceptional customer service attitude!Tiffany, ETR Tyler, also, provided great customer service and was very professional.All these individuals need to be recognized for their 5 star service and positive, can-do attitudes!

Your two representatives were extremely efficient and polite and did an excellent job. They also worked very well together.I have one question. With the new Trane compressor, do I get a free checkup whenever that is, or do I have to wait until you call us and then pay the funds for the checkup? Or will you call us and let us know when a free one will be scheduled?

Tyron knew exactly what the issue was immediately from our initial description. He checked our unit to verify and came back and told us that his initial thought was correct and he had it fixed in about 10 minutes. He is a very pleasant person and very knowledgeable.

ETR is the most competent company I have ever hired. I was told I needed a new air conditioning unit by another company. ETR came out took my air conditioner apart checked everything and let me know that what needed to be fixed was minimal. Price was right . Randy and his partner who came out were so honest and wonderful. I highly recommend them. You will not be sorry.

I just got a visit from one of your technicians (Sydney Luman) she was great, she was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, amazing attitude she was not bother by my dogs or my extremely talkative 8 year old girl. Sydney was very thorough and professional. I've been a customer for 2 years at least and all your technicians have been professional and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with your level of service

ETR has always gone above and beyond. Professional, respectful and they are always willing to answer any questions and discuss any issues to ensure I have a good understanding. Oscar has been to my home several times and he is extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining things to me. He has displayed great respect for me, my home and has gone far beyond what I would expect to ensure I am comfortable with any repairs needed and he is ready to answer my questions. ETR has been a godsend. So thankful for these folks.
