Emergency service for AC in 109 degree weather. Scott was very professional with excellent and precise communication skills. He came after hours and was still willing to make the extra effort to go to the big box store to buy a part. He restored our air conditioning last night and we were finally able to cool down our house enough to be able to sleep. Patrick was excellent - prompt, on-time arrival, quick diagnosis, fast repair (in and out in 30 minutes), and no annoying attempts to upsell! He's a valuable asset to ETR and their customers.
I also want to commend Mallory. She was immediately responsive when I first contacted ETR about my AC issue. She exhibited genuine concern while quickly facilitating the repair process, and she provided clear cost estimates for optional scenarios. She's a gem!

ETR has taken good care of our HVAC system since installation. They have a great team of technicians . They have all been professional and courteous. Chris has been out Tech for the past couple of maintenance visits and has been great. Always keeping us informed of the systems condition . This last visit he found a capacitor that was barely out of tolerance. he gave us several options explaining that it wasn't critical that it be replaced at this time. Since this was a preventative maintenance I had him replace it while he was here. Granted it was something I could have done myself and saved a few bucks. But honestly their price was reasonable. ETR isn't the cheapest game in town but their prices are competitive and service has been great. I appreciate the fact ETR understands what good customer service is. That is something that is getting harder to find these days. I would recommend ETR if you are in need of HVAC service.

ALEX has been answer to our prayers. He was here so quickly and figured out the problem, but wouldn't be able to replace the whole unit until Monday. He spoke with his boss and was able to provide us with a window unit to use because we have a daughter that has a seizure disorder and starts seizing if she gets to hot, along with our elderly cats and us(we are on the elderly side as well) and getting to hot could be dangerous. He went out of his way and above and beyond for us to make sure we were as comfortable as we could be until he can get a new unit in for us. He is a great asset to your company and went above and beyond for your company.

We called ETR to come out and investigate a sudden performance drop on one of our units that had just been repaired recently. The response time was prompt and they sent Cody to come check it out. Cody was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to identify a refrigerant leak and did a great job discussing next steps and ensuring we were taken care of until the parts needed for the additional repairs come in. The technicians from ETR stand behind their work and go the extra mile to get the job done right.

Grant was a true professional upon arrival, with a kind introduction. He was very knowledgeable and thorough, keeping us informed throughout his assessment.
After quickly locating the issue with our system, Grant provided an immediate fix. He also identified and demonstrated a separate concern with our system that would cause future problems with our system. He took the time to explain the technical details and provided clear proof of the issue in a way that was easy for us to understand all while not feeling pressured.
Overall, ETR did a wonderful job of sending a technician at their earliest availability. Grant’s workmanship was excellent, and a great representative of ETR.

Wesley & Mason arrived exactly on time for my appointment and also called me beforehand to let me know they were on their way.
I had requested a service appointment for my AC unit as it was not cooling properly. They were very courteous, friendly and genuinely seemed eager to determine the problem with my AC as quickly as possible.
They investigated my central system and determined that my condensing coil had a leak and would need to be replaced. It was slowly leaking coolant. Since I was leaving town we scheduled the replacement of the coil for later in the week when I returned.
Wesley & Mason returned and replaced the coil, again right on time, performed all of the other necessary maintenance, thoroughly tested all components, and made sure that I was satisfied with all of their work. I was !

Called ETR to set-up a service appointment. Got an appointment that same day. Mallory was very helpful in the beginning . Alex our technician came out and was informed of the situation. He diagnosed the issue and explained what had to be ordered so the issue could be fixed. I called the office and spoke with Mallory and she had already knew we would be without cool air. They offered 2 window units until we were up and running. My wife and I found this as exceeding expectations. Later that day there were 2 other technicians, Clayton & Jay arrived with the 2 window units. We could not appreciate this enough. The next day we were updated when the service was scheduled to repair our AC. Everything went very smooth and to plan. We want to appreciate Alex and the other 4 techs that came out. Appreciate Mallory at the office for answering every question we had and for providing the window units. Recommend ETR for your cooling & heating needs. Thanks

Truly saddened by our latest experience. My husband has used them for over 16 yrs. I started using them June 2024 and they have done 4 PM’s on the unit since. I specifically asked if there was any rust in the pan and the tech said it was fine, yet added a 2nd drain switch to pan for me by my request just in case. There is no way this amount of rust could have accumulated within a few months. Thankfully, our electrician was here and noticed it and had me reach out to them. I called Travis to discuss the issue. Received a quote for $920 to replace the pan. Never once, when I asked, did I get an explanation on how this could have been missed or any accountability. So I reached out to the GM… same. I hope they do better for others in the future.

Tyler's service was outstanding. I had a unit go down Monday evening. Tuesday mid-day Tyler showed up and within a few minutes had diagnosed and fixed the provlem. A damaged capacitor. In the 100 degree plus heat this was a life saver.
Tyler was very professional, knoweldgeable, and described the problems and how he fixed / replaced the capacitor.
A pleasure to have Tyler taking care of us.

Jorge did an amazing job with our ESA maintenance visit! He is extremely thorough and very professional! He did recommend that we replace a couple of parts to ensure that our system would be working correctly and efficiently. I highly recommend the Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) program that is offered through ETR!!

As a design and research engineer for Lennox 28 years and Trane 12 years, I can be a pretty fussy guy about equipment design and installation.
